1. Open the administrative Command Prompt and paste the following command there and hit Enter key:

powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode 

-Register $Env:SystemRoot\ImmersiveControlPanel\AppxManifest.xml
